CLEANING-DAY HOME PREPARATION

Your price of cleaning is based on the cleaning technicians focusing all of their time and energy on cleaning, not routine housekeeping. We ask that you take a few minutes the night before a scheduled service to "pick up." This will allow the cleaning technicians easy access to the areas/surfaces to be cleaned: floors, countertops, table tops, etc. and removing dirty dishes from kitchen sinks. If you'd like our cleaning technicians to do these tasks for you, please call us(in advance) so your cleaning fee can be adjusted for the additional "cleaning preparation" time.

SCHEDULE CHANGES, CANCELLATION OF SERVICE

In the event that you reschedule, skip, add or cancel your service, we ask that you give a (48) hour notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of cleaning service. All cancellations must be made through
our office by calling or texting 508-840-1549.

PAYMENT

VENMO | ZELLE | CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
For securing the time for your cleaning, we require half of the payment when you schedule the cleaning and the other half when the cleaning service is complete.

QUOTE

We provide a quote by phone, message or email. We don't provide quotes in person.

ENTRY TO YOUR HOME

We offer 3 entry options to choose from:
1. The client may opt to be home to allow access
to their home the day of the service.
2. The client provides a key, garage door opener, or code to gain access to the home.
3. The client can purchase a lockbox to place a key inside and provide A+ Cleaning Services with the passcode.

CLEANING TIME

We reinforce that we charge per job, not per hour. Our technicians are trained and have skills to clean in a shorter period of time, This does not mean that it costs less. Also, if you decide to give our team less work than agreed in the initial estimate, we will still charge the full amount unless discussed in advance.

SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT

We provide most of the supplies and equipment. We do ask that you provide the following; paper towels and trash bags. We will bring the rest.

WHAT OUR SERVICES INCLUDE

We've designed a multi-point checklist for each area of your home to best ensure that we make sure that your home is as clean and spotless as you want it to be and save your time and energy from doing it yourself.

TECHNOLOGY

We utilizes technology to its fullest to provide an even smoother client experience! You will receive an automated reminder email two days prior to service as well as a reminder text the day before. You may respond to the email, however, automated text messages are only one way. You do have the option to opt-out of these. You will also receive a follow up survey after each cleaning in your email.

DISCOUNTS

We offer discounted rates on our recurring Weekly, Bi-Weekly & Monthly Cleaning Appointments. If you cancel your appointment your rate will increase to the next discount level. For example, if you are a weekly client and you get the weekly discounted rate, when you skip that week, your rate will increase to the next level-> Bi-weekly. If you skip more than 2 weeks, it will increase to the monthly rate. Our Monthly cycle is 4 weeks, appointments longer than 4 weeks, will default to our general cleaning rate.
